- We do not want to sell you jewelry that someone else wore.
- Fashion pieces are delicate and the color can be altered with natural elements, oil from products or even the air.
- To extend their longevity and ensure each product is handle with care - we can't accept returns.
Exception - Damages and issues
If in the case your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to make it right.
Buyers have within thirty (30) days from original purchase date to replace damaged items. Items without original packaging and or it’s original condition cannot be accepted no exception. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. A return authorization number is required from customer service to proceed with all returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
